If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know as soon as possible. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. No refund will be provided for non-attendance or cancellations of less than 24 hours. This is because I am unable to offer the slot to another client at that late stage.
An exception will be made for the first instance, if a minimum of 2 hours notice is given. In this case a refund will be provided, as I understand that sometimes circumstances occur outside of one’s control.
Any sessions that need to be rescheduled by the Psychologist will be refunded or credited towards your next appointment. I will do my best to give you as much advance notice as possible of any need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Thank you for understanding.
